In 2025, Stagecoach continues to be one of the biggest country music festivals in the United States. In 2007, when it first blessed Indio, California, it was made to be a sister event to Coachella; however, it has grown and made a name for itself within country music and the bigger media. This year, festival goers can expect to see Zach Bryan, Luke Combs, and Jelly Roll as well as other artists (some that aren’t necessarily country).
People are of the opinion that Stagecoach offers a “family-reunion vibe.” For a music festival, this is a rather odd characterization, but it fits for Stagecoach. It’s known to be a very inclusive environment with a lot of tailgating, off-roading, and games that strangers likely take place in together. Stagecoach even offers a kids only section, called the Half-Pint Hootenanny, making the festival more accessible to younger country music fans.
However, it’s not just the vibes that bring out Stagecoach fanatics every year. The musical lineup offers a variety of country stars from big name musicians to up and coming stars. Sometimes, some of the artists aren’t even country, for example, this year artists like T-Pain, Creed, and the BackStreet Boys will be taking the stage.
Another highlight from years past has been the great and unique food. Returning this year is Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse, where Fieri serves up daily cooking demos with special guests and some amazing barbeque. This year, Fieri plans to bring out a multitude of performers like Jelly Roll and Family, Shaboozey, Brothers Osbourne, and plenty more in his 6 shows.
Jamie Gallick, senior, says, “I’m excited to see Lana Del Ray, she’s the one artist I like out of the big, recognizable names.”
Autumn Parker, sophomore, says, “I think it’s going to be a great festival because all the big name country stars should put on awesome shows.”
