Last night, Thursday February 13th LD held the annual students against teachers Mini-THON basketball game. Many students showed up for the game.
The teachers ended up victorious over the students. The score was 42-29. Lots of teachers were said to have had a stand out performance. Cohen Pollock says, “ The game was very exciting! Mr. Redfern had some game saving rebounds for the teacher squad.”
There were also many other events during the game.
A pie eating contest was held at half time. Many students participated in this contest. Landon Haines, a senior at Lower Dauphin, won the contest.
Hannah Richmond, a Mini Thon captain, says, “The night was a huge success. Everyone had fun and the game was exciting. FTK!”.
