Having a reset, not just during the fall season, but in general, can help you feel balanced and present. Along with making sure you are healthy, but noticing within yourself things to change since the fall seasons show how change can be possible for one to do so, too.
Here are a couple ways/tips to have a successful fall reset:

- Set new goals
- Trying fall activities
- Read a book
These are just a few things to have a fall reset this season, there is so much more to help you feel refreshed mentally and physically this season.
Isa Medlin, a freshman, says her favorite way to have a fall reset is “to paint and carve pumpkins, spend time outside with my brothers, go to fall festivals, hang out with my friends and family, and read books by the fireplace.”
Addie Whitmyer, a senior, said “During the fall season keeping up with your health mentally and physically is very important; however, it’s easy to overlook. The biggest way I refresh myself mentally is making time for myself to hang out with my friends or do something for myself.”
