The Air Jordan Jumpman Jacks officially have a release date and are up on the Nike SNKRS app. The shoes are scheduled to release April 30th for $200.
As said previously in my first Travis Scott article, Jumpman Jack has many design motifs of Travis Scott’s previous releases; The backwards swoosh, the contrasting brown-and-white colors, and the Cactus Jack face are all present on this shoe.
New features not seen before on Scott’s sneakers include a strap, a translucent rubber outsole with “Jack” inscribed on the bottom, and a Cactus Jack Jumpman logo. The shoe kind of looks as though Jordan brand mixed all of Scott’s previous collaborative shoes into one, and it apparently is inspired by retro Nike trainers.
Lower Dauphin students are excited for the release, but they’ll likely be difficult to get. Junior Seth Kazinski, a Travis Scott Fan, says “I really want those, but I’ll never get them”. Junior Jasmine Prieto agrees. “Those are kind of cool,” Says Prieto. “I definitely think that they’ll sell out.” Prieto and Kazinski are probably correct, as the Jumpman Jacks are predicted to have a very limited number of pairs upon release.
The Jumpman Jacks release April 30th at 10:00 AM. Make sure to enter into the drop on time!
