Fans are highly excited after famous rapper Playboi Carti recently announced confirmation of new music as well as a new album, his first since world-famous “Whole Lotta Red” in 2020. Along with the new album, the rapper is speculated to be going on tour soon, following his previous tour dates for his “Antagonist Tour” being postponed. 

Carti has been dropping songs on various slightly different platforms, such as Instagram and Youtube, but has not made them available in other places. He has released songs like “2024”, and “H00DBYAIR”, with producers like Kanye West developing the tracks. 

Junior Tavian Boone is extremely excited about the drops describing how “the new releases have been very exciting to see as a fan of the music and (him as a) personality. His return to the public eye has been great to see, and the quality in the music is definitely there. I can’t wait to see what more he’s got in store for us fans.”

This opinion is not held equally by junior Ricky Verma, as Verma describes one of Carti’s most recent drops as just plain “terrible.”

Overall, Carti’s loyal fan base is extremely excited for other releases as well as the upcoming album, which is already predicted to be one of the most anticipated of the year.
