2023 NBA MVP Joel Embiid of the Philadelphia 76ers has been off to an exceptional start this season as he looks to defend his title.

In Wednesday night’s win, Embiid dropped a 50-point double-double on the Minnesota Timberwolves. Embiid had 51 points, 12 rebounds and three assists on the night.
In the Sixers’ stomping 135-82 win against the Charlotte Hornets, Embiid put up 42 on his own following a 35 point performance against the Detroit Pistons. It is no secret that Embiid is nearly unstoppable this season.
Throughout his career thus far, Embiid has averaged just about 28 points per game, so 76ers fans are much more than pleased with the big man’s performance this year.
