Yesterday, Wednesday Sept. 20, Lower Dauphin High School held the school’s inaugural SPIRIT Day with the aim of discovering solutions to any problems in school climate.
Members of the United States Department of Justice were in attendance to provide valuable insight and spearhead the discussion.
Students from all grade levels were encouraged to participate (with parental permission given) and help address possible changes to the school.
LDSD’s District Consultant, Dr. Amber Sessoms, was a big factor in bringing this important program to LDHS.
Sessoms described her desires prior to SPIRIT Day.
